Overview

YL-7606 is an early-stage, orally bioavailable small molecule modulator of interleukin-17 (IL-17), specifically targeting IL-17A, under development by Ionova Life Science for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. By inhibiting the IL-17 signaling pathway, YL-7606 aims to suppress the downstream production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, thereby reducing chronic inflammation and tissue damage associated with autoimmune disorders. The drug is currently in the discovery or IND-enabling preclinical stage.
