Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YMN-136 is an investigational therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by West China Hospital for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. It is specifically being studied in patients with liver metastases who have progressed after third-line therapy. As a biological intervention, YMN-136 is designed to stimulate the host immune system to recognize and attack tumor cells. The vaccine is currently undergoing evaluation in a prospective Phase I clinical trial (NCT06144307) to determine its safety profile, maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and preliminary efficacy. The treatment regimen typically involves a prime immunization phase consisting of four intramuscular injections administered approximately every three weeks.
