YMN-C01 is an mRNA-based therapeutic candidate designed to target the inhibitory receptors **Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor B3 (LILRB3)** and **Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor B4 (LILRB4)**. Developed by West China Hospital of Sichuan University, the drug is being investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). LILRB3 and LILRB4 are members of the leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor family that are frequently overexpressed on AML blasts and immunosuppressive myeloid cells, where they function as immune checkpoints to facilitate tumor evasion. By utilizing mRNA technology to target these pathways, YMN-C01 aims to modulate the immune microenvironment and restore anti-tumor immune responses. It is currently undergoing evaluation in a Phase 1, single-arm, dose-escalation study to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary clinical efficacy.
