Overview

YMN-RP01 is an investigational intranasal cancer vaccine developed by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. It targets the ribosomal protein P0 (RPLP0), a component of the 60S ribosomal subunit that is often upregulated in various malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). By delivering the vaccine intranasally, it aims to induce mucosal and systemic RPLP0-specific T-cell responses to exert antitumor activity. YMN-RP01 is currently being evaluated in a Phase I clinical trial (ChiCTR2600123332) as a monotherapy and in combination with a PD-1 inhibitor for patients with advanced or metastatic NSCLC who have progressed on standard therapies.
