Overview

YMN-V115 is a personalized neoantigen mRNA vaccine being developed by West China Hospital, Sichuan University, in collaboration with Chengdu Yuman Biotechnology. It is designed to elicit a patient-specific T-cell response against unique tumor mutations (neoantigens) identified through genomic sequencing of the patient's tumor. The vaccine is administered subcutaneously and is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial (ChiCTR2600123828) in combination with the PD-1 inhibitor treliplimab for the treatment of advanced melanoma in patients who have progressed after prior anti-PD-1 immunotherapy and targeted therapy where applicable.
