Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**YMN101** is an investigational, cell-based therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by West China Hospital for advanced solid tumors. It comprises irradiated tumor cells and stromal cells isolated from adjacent non-cancerous tissue or tumor tissue, administered with an unspecified adjuvant. Unlike several related YMN-series vaccines in the same study, YMN101 tumor cells are not transfected with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor. The vaccine is intended to stimulate antitumor immunity against tumor-associated antigens and is being evaluated in a first-in-human Phase 1 study.
