Overview

**YMN102** is an investigational, cell-based therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by West China Hospital for advanced solid tumors. The vaccine comprises irradiated tumor cells and stromal cells isolated from tumor or adjacent non-cancerous tissue together with an unspecified adjuvant; its irradiated tumor-cell component is transfected with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor. The product is intended to induce antitumor immune responses against tumor-associated antigens and counter immune suppression in the tumor microenvironment. YMN102 is being evaluated in a first-in-human Phase I study in advanced solid tumors, including osteosarcoma, pancreatic cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer, and glioma.
