Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YMN103 is an investigational **GM-CSF-transfected irradiated whole-tumor-cell therapeutic vaccine** developed by West China Hospital for advanced malignant solid tumors. The vaccine platform incorporates irradiated tumor cells together with stromal cells isolated from tumor or adjacent non-cancerous tissue and an unspecified adjuvant. GM-CSF expression is intended to enhance antigen presentation and antitumor immune priming against a broad repertoire of tumor-associated antigens. YMN103 is being evaluated in a first-in-human, open-label Phase I study assessing safety, tolerability, preliminary antitumor activity, and immunogenicity in advanced solid tumors.
