Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**YMN105** is an investigational, first-in-human therapeutic whole-cell tumor vaccine being developed by West China Hospital for advanced solid tumors. It is composed of irradiated tumor cells and stromal cells isolated from tumor tissue or adjacent non-cancerous tissue, administered with an unspecified adjuvant. The irradiated tumor-cell component of YMN105 is transfected with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor to enhance vaccine immunogenicity. YMN105 is being evaluated in the Phase 1 NCT07567222 study for safety, tolerability, preliminary antitumor activity, and immune effects in patients with advanced solid tumors.
