YMN108

YMN108 is an investigational **therapeutic whole-tumor-cell vaccine** developed by West China Hospital for advanced solid tumors. It is prepared from irradiated tumor cells and stromal cells isolated from adjacent non-cancerous tissue or tumor tissue, administered with an unspecified adjuvant. Unlike related candidates YMN102-YMN107, YMN108 is not transfected with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor. Its proposed activity is broad presentation of tumor-associated antigens to stimulate antitumor immune responses; no discrete molecular target has been publicly specified.
