Overview

YN014 is an investigational drug candidate being developed by Guangzhou Yinnuo Pharmaceutical (also known as Innogen Pharmaceutical) for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD). The drug is designed to act on beta-cell protective signaling pathways, a therapeutic strategy that explores the link between metabolic regulation and neuroprotection. As of early 2025, YN014 has completed all preclinical studies. The developer is currently preparing for an Investigational New Drug (IND) submission in China in 2025 and plans to submit an IND application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the first half of 2026.
