Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YOL104-2 is an investigational, bioengineered, trivalent, multifunctional peptibody (a protein-peptide fusion biologic) incorporating a core interferon-mimetic. It is designed as a trivalent interferon-alpha (IFN-α) peptibody. The drug is being developed for the treatment of ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN), a diagnosis encompassing cancerous and precancerous growths on the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva. In October 2026, Visara, Inc. (a majority-owned ophthalmology subsidiary of NovaBridge Biosciences) entered into an asset purchase option agreement with YOLO Immune to acquire worldwide rights to the YOL104 program and to develop and commercialize YOL104-2.
