YourVaccx

YourVaccx is a breakthrough immunotherapy system developed by ImmunSYS for treating metastatic solid tumor cancers, particularly metastatic prostate cancer. The therapy employs a novel three-step approach: first, a segment of tumor undergoes controlled cellular lysis using the proprietary ANTIGENerator energy delivery device system, which liberates tumor antigens; second, a proprietary formulation of immunotherapeutic drugs (including checkpoint inhibitors like ipilimumab, pembrolizumab or nivolumab, and immune stimulants like sargramostim) is locally injected into the disrupted tumor; finally, this combination empowers the patient's immune system to create a personal in-situ autologous vaccine that attacks cancer throughout the entire body via an abscopal effect. Early clinical data has shown promising effectiveness in patients with metastatic prostate cancer and other difficult-to-treat advanced solid tumors.
