Overview

YPC3 is an IgG1 mouse monoclonal antibody developed against human pancreatic carcinoma. It has demonstrated selective reactivity with human pancreatic carcinoma tissue, showing no reaction with normal pancreatic tissue. Preclinical studies in nude mice bearing pancreatic carcinoma xenografts indicated its potential for radioimmunolocalization, providing clear scintigraphic visualization of tumors, and for immunotherapy, as administration of YPC3 MAb alone or combined with LAK cells inhibited xenograft growth.
