Overview

YS-1402 is a sustained-release small molecule formulation developed by Cuorips. It is designed to continuously deliver the compound YS-1301, a prostacyclin (IP) receptor agonist, over a period of approximately four weeks following a single administration. By providing sustained activation of the IP receptor, YS-1402 aims to induce endogenous regenerative factors and promote tissue repair mechanisms. The drug is being investigated for a broad range of indications, including cardiovascular regenerative medicine, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), liver cirrhosis, ulcerative colitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), severe lower limb ischemia, and osteoarthritis.
