Overview

YS-HBV-002 is a next-generation therapeutic vaccine developed for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. It is formulated with recombinant core and surface hepatitis B antigens combined with a proprietary PIKA adjuvant technology. The vaccine aims to activate both innate and adaptive immune responses, thereby breaking immune tolerance and facilitating viral control in patients with chronic HBV infection. By targeting both humoral and cellular immunity, YS-HBV-002 seeks to generate a robust antiviral response that could lead to effective management or potential eradication of chronic HBV. The product builds on the technology of its predecessor, YS-HBV-001, and represents an innovative approach in immunotherapeutic strategies for hepatitis B[1][3][4][5][7].
