YS-ON-001

**YS-ON-001** is an investigational and Cambodia-marketed therapeutic cancer vaccine developed from Yisheng's PIKA immunomodulating technology. It contains inactivated rabies virus vaccine material with a polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid-based immunostimulatory component. The product is designed to activate innate and adaptive antitumor immunity, reduce tumor-microenvironment immunosuppression, and enhance T-cell, natural killer-cell, and natural killer T-cell responses. It has been evaluated clinically in advanced solid tumors and has received United States orphan-drug designations for hepatocellular carcinoma and pancreatic cancer.
