YS-ON-002

**YS-ON-002** is a PIKA-based immunotherapeutic agent developed by YS Biopharma (also known as Yisheng Biopharma) as an anticancer therapy for solid tumors. It acts as a potent agonist of the **TLR3, MDA5, and RIG-I** innate immune signaling pathways, activating both innate and adaptive immune responses while modulating the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment to enhance anti-tumor immunity.
