Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YS110 is a recombinant humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets CD26 (also known as dipeptidyl peptidase IV, DPP4), a cell surface glycoprotein expressed on certain tumor cells. Upon binding to CD26, YS110 inhibits its activity and induces internalization of the CD26-YS110 complex, leading to cell cycle arrest, lysis, and inhibition of growth in CD26-positive tumor cells. The drug has demonstrated antitumor activity in preclinical models and was generally well tolerated in early-phase clinical trials. YS110 has been primarily developed for the treatment of malignant pleural mesothelioma and other solid tumors expressing CD26[1][2][3][5]. The originator is Ys Therapeutics.
