Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YT001 is an investigational trispecific antibody developed by Excyte Biopharma for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Currently in the preclinical stage, YT001 is engineered to simultaneously engage three distinct targets. This modality is typically designed to bridge effector T-cells with tumor cells while potentially targeting a second tumor antigen or a co-stimulatory molecule to enhance therapeutic efficacy and reduce the likelihood of immune escape compared to traditional bispecific antibodies. As a trispecific T-cell engager, it aims to provide more potent and specific anti-tumor activity in hematological cancers.
