Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YT023 is an exosome-based therapy derived from umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs). It is being developed by the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital for the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency (POI). The therapy is administered via intra-ovarian injection and is designed to restore ovarian function by delivering bioactive molecules, such as proteins and microRNAs, that promote cell survival and tissue regeneration within the ovarian microenvironment. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 clinical trial (CURE-POI) to assess its safety and efficacy in women aged 20-39 with POI.
