YTHDF3 siRNA is a small interfering RNA designed to silence the expression of the **YTH N6-methyladenosine RNA binding protein F3 (YTHDF3)**. YTHDF3 is an m6A reader protein that plays a critical role in RNA metabolism, specifically by recognizing N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modifications on mRNA and regulating their translation or stability. In cervical cancer research, YTHDF3 has been identified as a key mediator of lymph node metastasis. It interacts with circular RNAs, such as circZFR, to facilitate the translation of fatty acid synthase (FASN) by recruiting translation initiation factors like eIF4A3. Silencing YTHDF3 using siRNA has been shown to inhibit the proliferation, migration, and invasion of cervical cancer cells in vitro and reduce metastatic potential in animal models, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target for preventing cancer progression.
