Overview

YTS104 is an autologous, dual-targeting Synthetic T-cell receptor and Antigen Receptor (STAR-T) cell therapy developed by the Institute of Hematology & Blood Diseases Hospital in China. It is designed to treat relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma by simultaneously targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on tumor cells and Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-like Receptor B4 (LILRB4) on both aggressive myeloma cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) within the tumor microenvironment. This dual-targeting approach aims to enhance anti-tumor efficacy and overcome immunosuppression. The therapy is currently undergoing Phase I clinical evaluation.
