**Yttrium-90 anti-Tac antibody** is an investigational CD25-directed radioimmunoconjugate developed at the National Cancer Institute. It consists of murine IgG2a anti-Tac monoclonal antibody labeled with the pure beta-emitting radionuclide yttrium-90. Anti-Tac binds the alpha subunit of the high-affinity interleukin-2 receptor, CD25, concentrating beta radiation at CD25-expressing malignant T cells and thereby causing localized radiotoxic injury. It was evaluated intravenously in Tac-expressing adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, including a completed Phase 1 NCI study using multidose administration.
