Yttrium-90-labeled murine anti-Tac is an investigational **CD25-directed radioimmunotherapy** developed at the National Cancer Institute for Tac-expressing adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. It consists of the murine anti-Tac monoclonal antibody labeled with the beta-emitting isotope yttrium-90; antibody binding localizes radiation to malignant cells expressing interleukin-2 receptor alpha, causing radiation-mediated cytotoxicity.
