Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YW-CARCD19-T is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting CD19. Developed by Vcanbio in collaboration with The Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, it is designed for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). The therapy involves genetically modifying a patient's own T cells to express a CAR that specifically binds to CD19 on leukemia cells, leading to targeted cell lysis.
