YX2401K

YX2401K is a small molecule antiviral drug currently under development by Beletalent (Zhuhai) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guizhou Bailing Group. The drug's primary mechanism of action involves the inhibition of RNA-directed RNA polymerase (RdRp), a critical enzyme responsible for the replication of viral RNA genomes. By interfering with this replication process, YX2401K aims to provide a broad-spectrum therapeutic option for various RNA viral infections. The candidate has been prioritized for accelerated development through its inclusion in the key variety service list of the NMPA's Greater Bay Area Center for Drug Evaluation and Inspection and is currently progressing through the IND-enabling stage.
