YY201 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor targeting signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), with potential antineoplastic activity. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and hematological malignancies, including relapsed/refractory lymphomas, large granular lymphocytic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia, pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, and anaplastic large cell lymphoma. The drug acts by inhibiting STAT3 dual phosphorylation sites to block downstream oncogenic signaling pathways. Clinical development is ongoing in China with Phase 1 trials evaluating safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients who have failed or cannot tolerate standard treatments.
