YYB101 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets and neutralizes hepatocyte growth factor (HGF). By inhibiting HGF, it disrupts the HGF-MET signaling pathway implicated in tumor cell migration, invasion, proliferation, and metastasis. Preclinical studies have shown that YYB101 effectively inhibits cancer cell motility and progression in ovarian cancer models. Clinically, it has demonstrated a favorable safety profile with dose-proportional pharmacokinetics up to 30 mg/kg in patients with refractory solid tumors. The most common adverse events include generalized edema, pruritis, nausea, fatigue, anemia, and decreased appetite; no dose-limiting toxicities were observed at lower doses. Efficacy signals include partial responses and stable disease across several tumor types including colorectal cancer (CRC), melanoma, sebaceous carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), basal cell carcinoma (BCC), lung cancer, gastric cancer and ovarian cancer. Combination therapy with irinotecan is under investigation for metastatic/recurrent CRC[2][3][4][5][6][8].
