YZ-0103

YZ-0103 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor of the NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) signaling pathway, developed by Guangdong Yinzhu Pharmaceutical Technology. It is specifically being investigated for the treatment of EGFR-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The therapeutic strategy for YZ-0103 involves its use in a fixed-dose combination (FDC), aimed at addressing resistance to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). By inhibiting NF-κB, YZ-0103 is intended to suppress survival signals that allow cancer cells to bypass EGFR inhibition, thereby enhancing the efficacy of standard-of-care treatments in NSCLC patients.
