YZ-0113 is a small molecule inhibitor of the NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) signaling pathway, currently in preclinical development by Guangdong Yinzhu Pharmaceutical Technology. The drug is being developed for the treatment of psoriasis, an autoimmune inflammatory skin condition characterized by keratinocyte hyperproliferation and immune cell infiltration. NF-κB is a key transcription factor that regulates the expression of various pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines; its inhibition is intended to suppress the underlying inflammatory processes that drive psoriatic plaque formation.
