YZ-0202 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor targeting the NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) signaling pathway. Developed by Guangdong Yinzhu Pharmaceutical Technology, the compound is being investigated for the treatment of lymphoma, particularly in combination with the BTK inhibitor zanubrutinib. The NF-κB pathway plays a critical role in regulating immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival; its dysregulation is a hallmark of various B-cell malignancies. By inhibiting NF-κB, YZ-0202 aims to overcome resistance mechanisms and enhance the efficacy of existing targeted therapies in hematologic cancers.
