Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YZ-0273 is a small molecule inhibitor of the NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) signaling pathway, currently under development by Guangdong Yinzhu Pharmaceutical Technology. NF-κB is a key transcription factor that regulates genes involved in inflammation, cell proliferation, and survival, and its dysregulation is frequently observed in various cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). By inhibiting NF-κB, YZ-0273 aims to suppress tumor growth and enhance the efficacy of other targeted therapies. The drug is primarily being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in combination with the multi-kinase inhibitor lenvatinib.
