Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YZ-0423 is a small molecule inhibitor targeting the NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) signaling pathway, currently in preclinical development by Guangdong Yinzhu Pharmaceutical Technology. NF-κB is a key transcription factor that regulates the expression of genes involved in inflammation, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. In many cancers, the NF-κB pathway is constitutively active, promoting tumor cell survival and resistance to therapy. YZ-0423 is being developed as a broad-spectrum anti-tumor agent designed to disrupt these oncogenic signals and potentially overcome treatment resistance.
