Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YZ007 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor of the NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) signaling pathway, currently under development by Guangdong Yinzhu Pharmaceutical Technology. The drug is designed to address pathologies where NF-κB is constitutively active or dysregulated, including various types of cancer (tumors) and autoimmune disorders. By inhibiting NF-κB, YZ007 aims to suppress the transcription of pro-inflammatory cytokines and anti-apoptotic genes, thereby inducing tumor cell death and reducing pathological inflammation.
