zabedosertib

Zabedosertib (BAY 1834845) is a selective, orally active small molecule inhibitor of interleukin‐1 receptor‐associated kinase 4 (IRAK4), a protein kinase involved in signaling innate immune responses from Toll-like receptors. By inhibiting IRAK4, zabedosertib modulates inflammatory pathways and has demonstrated anti-inflammatory effects in both systemic and localized models of inflammation. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and other inflammatory diseases, with clinical trials showing suppression of key inflammatory mediators such as TNF, IL-17, interferon, IL-6, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin, and IL-8.
