Overview
**Zanolimumab + CHOP** is a combination regimen consisting of zanolimumab (HuMax-CD4), a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting CD4, and the CHOP chemotherapy regimen (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone). Zanolimumab functions by depleting CD4+ T-cells via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), inhibiting tumor growth in CD4+ T-cell lymphomas. CHOP is a standard multi-agent cytotoxic chemotherapy commonly used for T-cell and B-cell lymphomas. This combination is under investigation for previously untreated patients with nodal T-cell lymphoma, particularly non-cutaneous peripheral T-cell lymphoma[1][4].
