Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Zanubrutinib + R-ICE is a combination therapy regimen that combines the BTK inhibitor zanubrutinib with the standard salvage chemotherapy regimen R-ICE (rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide). This regimen is primarily used for treating relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), particularly in specific genetic subtypes such as MCD and BN2. Clinical studies have shown promising efficacy with overall response rates of 80-84% and complete response rates of approximately 60%. The combination has demonstrated a favorable safety profile compared to other BTK inhibitor combinations, with manageable hematological toxicities.
