Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The combination of zanubrutinib, daratumumab, and dexamethasone is a non-existent and unverified therapeutic regimen. Individually, zanubrutinib is a selective second-generation Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor developed by BeiGene for B-cell malignancies; daratumumab is an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody developed by Janssen for multiple myeloma and light chain (AL) amyloidosis; and dexamethasone is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid used broadly in oncology. There are no public clinical trials or drug development programs evaluating these three agents in combination.
