Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BG-71332 is a fixed-dose combination (FDC) tablet containing zanubrutinib, a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, and sonrotoclax (BGB-11417), a B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL2) inhibitor. Developed by BeiGene (under the affiliate BeOne Medicines), this combination aims to provide synergistic activity in B-cell malignancies by simultaneously targeting the BCR signaling pathway and the intrinsic apoptosis pathway. The FDC formulation is designed to improve patient convenience and adherence compared to co-administration of the individual agents. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for its pharmacokinetic profile, bioavailability, and food effect.
