The formulation consists of three main botanical ingredients: Ziziphi spinosae semen (the dried seed of *Ziziphus jujuba* Mill. var. *spinosa*), Schisandrae chinensis fructus (the dry ripe fruit of *Schisandra chinensis*), and Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma (the dried root and rhizome of *Salvia miltiorrhiza*)[5][7].
