Overview

ZE94-0605 is a preclinical, small-molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) being developed as an antineoplastic agent. It was initially developed by Padarn Therapeutics and is positioned to target CDK2-dependent cell-cycle progression in proliferating tumor cells, aiming to induce cell-cycle arrest and inhibit tumor growth.[1]
