Zelestrocel (formerly MAG200) is an allogeneic, donor-derived mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy developed by Magellan Stem Cells for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Administered via intra-articular injection, the therapy is designed to modulate the inflammatory environment within the joint and promote tissue repair. The program has completed Phase I/IIa clinical evaluation and is transitioning into Phase III development, supported by Australian Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) grant funding.
