Overview

ZEN-3365 (also known as ZEN003365) is a small molecule inhibitor targeting BET proteins (Bromodomain and Extra-Terminal domain proteins). It was developed by Zenith Epigenetics for the treatment of neoplasms and hematologic malignancies, specifically relapsed or refractory lymphoproliferative malignancies and acute myeloid leukemia. The drug acts as a BET inhibitor, interfering with epigenetic regulation of gene expression involved in cancer cell proliferation. Clinical development reached Phase 1 trials but has since been discontinued[1][2][3].
