As the metabolite of ZEN003694, ZEN003791 has been studied for its pharmacokinetic properties and biological activity in combination with other agents such as ATR inhibitors (e.g., M1774) and in patient treatment contexts for advanced cancers. ZEN003694, and by extension its metabolite ZEN003791, is being investigated primarily for recurrent ovarian and endometrial cancer and has also been studied in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer[1][2][3][7].
