Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ZeniGEL is a sterile, water-based amorphous hydrogel dressing developed and marketed by Focus Health Group for the management of various wound types. It is designed to release moisture to the wound bed while absorbing excess wound drainage, thereby maintaining an optimal moist environment for healing. The product supports autolytic debridement of necrotic tissue and is indicated for pressure injuries, venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, first- and second-degree burns, and surgical wounds. It is supplied in single-use syringe applicators and tubes for topical administration and typically requires a secondary cover dressing. An antimicrobial variant containing silver, ZeniGEL-AG, is also available for use in infected or high-risk wounds.
