Zeta-BC-007 is a preclinical **intratumoral fixed-dose cancer therapy** from Zetagen for primary hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. It is described as a lipid-like hydrogel emulsion for localized, neoadjuvant administration after diagnosis, containing an undisclosed novel molecular entity, N-allylnoroxymorphone, and, in the reported preclinical combination, abemaciclib.
