Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ZFA02 is an adjuvanted quadrivalent split-virion inactivated influenza vaccine developed by Anhui Zhifei Longcom Biopharmaceutical. It is designed to provide protection against four strains of the influenza virus: influenza A (H1N1 and H3N2) and influenza B (Yamagata and Victoria lineages). The vaccine utilizes an adjuvant system to enhance the immune response compared to standard non-adjuvanted vaccines. It is currently being evaluated in Phase I/II clinical trials (e.g., CTR20250312) to assess its safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity in adults, comparing it to licensed quadrivalent split-virion vaccines like Difuser.
