ZG-002

ZG-002 is an investigational **small-molecule, allosteric TYK2 inhibitor** being developed by Shanghai Zhigen Pharmaceutical for autoimmune disease, with a primary disclosed focus on **moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis**. It has been described as a **potent and highly selective** TYK2 inhibitor and a **Class 1 new drug** in China. Publicly described clinical work has evaluated ZG-002 tablets in Phase 1 studies in healthy volunteers, including single- and multiple-ascending-dose assessment as well as food-effect evaluation, and company-related disclosures indicate Phase 1 results were received in February 2026.
