ZG005 + bevacizumab is a **combination immunotherapy regimen** under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced cancers, particularly **advanced hepatocellular carcinoma** and **advanced cervical cancer**. The combination consists of ZG005 (also known as nilvanstomig), a bispecific humanized monoclonal antibody that targets both **PD-1 (Programmed cell death protein 1)** and **TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains)**, and bevacizumab, an anti-VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) monoclonal antibody. ZG005's dual blockade of PD-1 and TIGIT aims to enhance T cell activity and augment anti-tumor immune responses, while bevacizumab inhibits angiogenesis by neutralizing VEGF, thereby restricting tumor blood supply. This combination is being evaluated as first-line therapy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and in other solid tumor indications, with trials sponsored by Suzhou Zelgen Biopharmaceuticals. Clinical trials are currently in phase II for hepatocellular carcinoma and phase I/II for cervical cancer.[2][3][1]
